Shipping and Return Policy
Mission Statement currently offers complimentary shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have placed your order.
We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, including to the shipping address, after it has been placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
At this time MISSION STATEMENT only ships to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, and FPO addresses.
All orders received after 2 p.m. Eastern Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the following business day.
All orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.
For in-stock items only, it could take up to 10-12 business days for your item(s) to be processed, shipped and delivered.
All items that are out of stock, or pre-ordered, can take up to 10-12 weeks for delivery.
All orders of $1,000 or more will require a signature upon delivery to accept the package.
*At MISSION STATEMENT, our goal is always to deliver product to you in a timely fashion. However, sometimes things happen that are out of our control that can hold up delivery. Therefore, we cannot guarantee timing and cannot be held responsible for delays with your shipments. If for some reason your product cannot be delivered during the specified period of time (or greater than 12 weeks for pre-orders), you will receive an email notification.
In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, or if your product should arrive damaged, Mission Statement will offer you a full refund within 20 days of purchase on unworn merchandise. Merchandise to be returned must be in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
If you wish to exchange the size and/or color of an item** that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 20 days of delivery date. If your replacement item is in stock it will ship out upon inspection and approval of your returned merchandise. If your replacement item is out of stock, a replacement will ship when it is in stock. Items that are out of stock could take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
**For hygienic purposes, face masks cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase.
Any refunds and exchanges will be issued after inspection of returned merchandise and review of request. The original form of payment on approved returns will be credited (less any shipping charges).
Customer is responsible for the cost of the postage for returns or exchanges being shipped to us.
Once approved, a refund can take up to 10-14 business days to process, unless a shorter time is required by law.
Shipping Your Return Back To Us:
MISSION STATEMENT cannot reimburse you for shipping charges. It is our recommendation that you use a shipping carrier that will give you the ability to track your package, and that you insure your package at its full value. MISSION STATEMENT cannot be responsible if your shipment is lost by the shipping carrier, or if for any reason it is not received at our facility. Please keep track of your return tracking number.
