We are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order, including to the shipping address, after it has been placed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number.
You will be charged when your order, or a portion of your order, has shipped. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax rates.
At this time MISSION STATEMENT only ships to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, and FPO addresses.
All orders received after 2 p.m. Eastern Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed the following business day.
All orders received on holidays or weekends will be processed the following business day.
For in-stock items only, it could take up to 10-12 business days for your item(s) to be processed, shipped and delivered.
All items that are out of stock, or pre-ordered, can take up to 10-12 weeks for delivery.
All orders of $1,000 or more will require a signature upon delivery to accept the package.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee timing and cannot be held responsible for delays with your shipments. If for some reason your product cannot be delivered during the specified period of time (or greater than 12 weeks for pre-orders), you will receive an email notification.
