In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied, or if your product should arrive damaged, products will be accepted for return or exchange pending approval and in MISSION STATEMENT’S discretion. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in new condition within 7 days of receipt.

If you ordered the wrong size, you may exchange the unworn item within 7 days of receipt for the same item in the correct size. If your replacement item is in stock it will ship out upon inspection and approval of your returned merchandise. If your replacement item is out of stock, a replacement will ship when it is in stock. Items that are out of stock could take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.

All refunds and exchanges will be issued after inspection of returned merchandise and review of request. The original form of payment on approved returns will be credited (less any shipping charges).

We do not pay the postage for returns or exchanges being shipped to us.

Once approved, a refund can take up to 10-14 business days to process, unless a shorter time is required by law.

Shipping Your Return Back To Us:

MISSION STATEMENT cannot reimburse you for shipping charges. If you ship your item back to MISSION STATEMENT we cannot guarantee that the item will be received. It is our recommendation that you use a shipping carrier that will give you the ability to track your package, and that you insure your package at its full value. MISSION STATEMENT cannot be responsible if your shipment is lost by the shipping carrier, or if for any reason it is not received at our facility. Please keep track of your return tracking number.
